Sikh Chaplains Survey

To all Sikh Chaplains/volunteers,
To help us monitor the work and to record the level of chaplaincy provision currently being provided, we have set up the following survey. We’d like Chaplains and volunteers to post their results so that we can ascertain the levels of work being done and feed these back to policy makers to press for more resources for chaplaincy provision.
